Payments Related FAQs

Personal information, such as your bill, is protected in MyMav. Once you log in, you can print an account statement or review your balance due, due dates, and other student record information.

We accept many forms of payments, including online payments via MyMav.

To make a payment online, log in to your Student Center in MyMav and choose the “Make a Payment” link to be directed to TouchNet. If TouchNet does not load, make sure you have disabled your pop-up blocker as this will prevent it from opening properly.

To pay with cash, you will need to come in to Student Accounts at the following location and times:

The Student Accounts Office accepts many forms of payment, including mailed checks and money orders. Please make sure to include your 10-digit student ID number on your payment and mail to:

Please do not mail cash or travelers checks.

ACH payments are electronic payments that are created when the customer gives an originating institution, corporation, or other customer (originator) authorization to debit directly from the customer's checking or savings account for the purpose of bill payment. To set up this type of payment, the customer must provide his or her bank account and routing number. You can find an instructional video on making a payment through MyMav here.
The CARES Act Emergency Financial Aid Grants cannot be paid directly to your bill. These funds will be sent directly to you by either direct deposit or paper check, whichever direct deposit method you currently have set up through UTA. You can then use these funds as you see fit. These funds are for your expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the coronavirus.
