Family and Guests Orientation

Family and Guest Orientation is designed to ensure you learn about the important topics, such as paying for college, academic expectations, campus resources, and other ways to support your student. This program runs alongside New Student Orientation and gives you an opportunity to connect with other Maverick families. Students can add or edit guests to their reservation by visiting the orientation website.

Travel and Accommodations

Several hotels in the Arlington area offer a special rate for UTA students and families. Be sure to call the hotel directly and ask for the “UTA RATE” when making your reservations.
