Kick off your Maverick journey with the Career Development Center. In this interactive session, you will learn to align your personal interests with future career paths and discover how to translate campus experiences into vital career-ready competencies.
Join us for an engaging and interactive academic coaching workshop designed to help students take control of their academic journey through intentional goal setting. Participants will learn how to identify meaningful academic and personal goals, apply the SMART goal framework, and create actionable plans that support success throughout the semester.
Provides academic accommodations for students with disabilities and other diagnoses in the classroom, dining, and housing.
This session educates participants on the importance of understanding their strengths and growing edges to create impactful leaders while also emphasizing that leadership is a process, not a position.
Introduces UTA students to the importance of managing stress through a holistic approach to wellness. Students learn that wellness extends beyond physical health. Explores common sources of college stress, explains how stress affects the body and performance, and provides practical strategies for maintaining balance, healthy coping skills, relaxation techniques, and building supportive relationships. |
