Campus Event Space Reservations
As a Student Organization, there are several venues and places you can reserve across campus. Use this website as a resource to help start that process and find access to resources.
Reserve Your Space On Campus
MavEngage is your home to reserve space on campus, promote your events to the campus community, and help manage your organization’s operations and resources. As a student organization, the ability to request space on campus is limited to those that are assigned as an executive officer member of your organization by Creating an Event in the Organization’s MavEngage Tools.
For questions about how to add someone to your organization to be able to request space on behalf of your organization, please contact mavengage@uta.edu.

Academic Rooms
Academic classrooms are in buildings across campus.
The commons
Rooms include preset meeting and study rooms as well as medium size meeting rooms.
THE MAC
Home to Campus Recreation, reservations here include Gymnasiums, Exercise Classes, Lone Star Theatre, Outdoor courts, Intramural field complex, and informal recreation fields.
Outdoor spaces
Reservable outdoor spaces on campus include malls, lawns, and public areas like the University Center Mall, Library Mall, Engineering Quad, and College Park Green.
University Center
The University Center or (UC) includes The Rosebud Theatre, Bluebonnet Ballroom, Palo Duro Lounge and numerous meetings and ballrooms.
UTA Library
Rooms include preset meeting and study rooms as well as medium size meeting rooms.
