Affordable Care Act (ACA) Information

Group Benefits Handbook, Plan Guides , Retirement and All Forms

Required Documentation for Eligible Dependents. Documentation is now required for all dependents when adding coverage as a new employees, family status change or annual enrollment.  Documentation will be required even if the dependent has current coverage on another plan.

UTSW Network Changes. Effective September 1, 2014, the UTSW Network benefit pilot program will come to an end and traditional UT SELECT benefits will resume for care received through a UTSW physician or UTSW facility.
