Email Signatures
Ensure your University emails reflect UTA’s brand with an authorized email signature. You can use our easy form to create your official UTA email signature. Need help? Contact the branding team at branding@uta.edu for additional support.
Digital Letterhead
UTA’s digital letterhead follows the same format as the official printed letterhead to ensure brand consistency across both print and electronic communications. This Microsoft Word template should be used for all official University digital correspondence, including emails and PDF documents. For assistance with digital letterhead, contact branding@uta.edu.

These colors are for web/digital use only and should not be used for print materials.

Table Drapes and Runners
How to Order
- Procure a royal blue linen/polyester-blend fabric tablecloth (for 6-foot rectangle table, 90 x 132 inches; for 8-foot rectangle table, 90 x 156 inches) from a retailer of your choice. The cost should be approximately $15 for one tablecloth or $75 for a set of six. Suitable options may include general merchandise retailers, online marketplaces, wholesale clubs, or party supply stores. Should you need assistance identifying an approved vendor, please contact our buyer. Once obtained, proceed to step two.

Contact a licensed vendor to place an order for white table runners.
- The typical material is smooth banner vinyl (no scrim).
- You also have the option of choosing a different licensed vendor.

Familiarize yourself with the Unit Signature selection process.
- All licensed vendors have access to your Unit Signature. They will download the correct file and send you a proof on the attached template for approval.
- The centered orientation is recommended.
- If you don’t have a Unit Signature, you can request one by submitting a Signature Request Form.
Please note: Before printing, the vendor will submit proofs to branding@uta.edu for final approval.
