UTA Office of Sustainability’s Eco-Reps program is a way for students to directly engage in peer-to-peer sustainability education and promote a stronger culture of sustainability on campus. Students work to create and implement educational opportunities around the UTA campus. They work to educate Mavericks on all 17 of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Eco-Reps work on a variety of programming including large events like the Earth Day Fair, smaller educational sessions, social media educational material, and social marketing campaigns.

Students meet weekly to discuss progress on projects and delegate tasks under the direction of the Sustainability Program Manager.
