UTA strives to promote safety and awareness for the community. In addition, the UTA Police Department is here to serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the campus 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. UTA is located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. All major highways lead you to campus no matter which direction you’re traveling from.
The city of Arlington offers limited public transportation, but taxis are readily available for those arriving at DFW airport or Love Field. You may also rent a car through Enterprise or other companies.
If you are traveling from Dallas or Fort Worth, you may take the Trinity Railway Express to the TRE Centre Port/DFW Airport Station.

The University accepts cash, checks, traveler's checks, money orders, wires and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner's Club, and American Express. Student's 10-digit UTA ID must be provided with payment. Any form of payment that is returned unpaid can result in enrollment withdrawal and additional penalties.
