Rebecca Bichel named dean of libraries
Rebecca Bichel, a senior Florida State University library administrator with expertise in academic services, organizational redesign, and facility development, has been appointed dean of libraries. She joins UT Arlington on July 16 after serving as FSU’s associate dean for public services since 2005.
