Speech Pathology/Pediatric Speech: No specific mental health services provided.

Health education is provided by nine registered nurses and includes instruction on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management skills. Topics include but are not limited to diabetes, asthma, hypertension, heart failure, smoking cessation, as well as prenatal, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and child passenger safety (car seat) education.

Psychiatric nursing.

Psychiatric evaluation, short-term intervention, short-term follow-up and referral services.

Evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and support and education for patients and family members.

Ages 13 through 17. Psychiatric evaluation, stabilization and treatment, medication management, and group, individual and family therapy sessions.

Children, adolescents and adults. Services include evaluation and medication management counseling.

Provides treatment and assistance to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. Treatment is comprehensive and directed toward stabilization in the home, workplace, and community.

Offers a complete continuum of services for both adults and adolescence, including those with limited resources.

Serves adults who have mental illness and a history of substance abuse or dependence. Services provided include psychiatric screening, counseling, case management, training, and referrals to appropriate facilities in the community.

Services include a street outreach team, which shares ways to prevent HIV and/or reduce harm, facilitate education groups, complete HIV screenings in cooperation with the Public Health Department, lead pre-test counseling, make referrals for other needed services, and provide follow-up on clients. For HIV positive clients who are using drugs/alcohol: services include a thorough assessment, an individualized action plan that includes entry into substance abuse treatment if needed, medical case management services from a nurse, medication management, assistance with transportation, weekly specialized counseling groups, and others.
