FOOD INSECURITY
Students who are experiencing food insecurity can utilize the Maverick Pantry to shop for food essentials and toiletry items. Hours of operation vary by each semester and are based on student schedules. Maverick’s must schedule a shopping appointment in order to shop the pantry. Food options vary based on donations received and all items are free of cost. UTA students, faculty, and staff, may utilize the pantry. Mavericks must have their MAV ID to utilize Maverick Pantry services.
Please note, shopping appointments are released on Monday's at 9:00AM for the entire week. While our goal is to ensure every Maverick can shop, appointments are limited and fill up extremely quickly.

* The Maverick Pantry will close at the end of the spring and fall semester. Shopping appointments during these closures will be limited and can be made by emailing eaf@uta.edu. For additional support, please refer to the Food Resources section for more information.
