Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), also known as Employee Networks, are voluntary, employee-led groups that promote employee engagement workplace. The groups exist to provide support and help in personal or career development and to promote employee engagement in the workplace. Employee Resource Groups are open to all employees.
