Department Event Promotion Requests
The College of Science communications and events team is offering assistance for departments who want to promote their events to a wider audience. We can utilize our different outlets including the COS weekly events roundup email, social media, and the CCTV screens found in each science building to help promote departmental events. Please fill out the form below to submit information about an event. The earlier it can be submitted the better, but please submit it at least one week in advance of the event.

This form is for use by College of Science faculty and staff to assist in promoting upcoming COS department events to a wider audience.
The form will allow you to specify in which communication outlet/outlets you would like the event to be promoted. These include the COS weekly events email, our social media channels, and the CCTV screens located in each science building on campus. The form will also ask you to provide specific information about the event.
