Frequently Asked Questions

An Enrollment Verification is an official document that contains your enrollment information at UT Arlington for a semester.  We cannot verify enrollment at other institutions.

If for some reason the agency to which you are sending your Enrollment Verification will not accept a verification from the National Student Clearinghouse, you may place a request with our office, which can be done online or in person. However, the typical time required to generate these is 5-10 business days.

An enrollment verification letter includes the following information:

  • The semester begin/end dates
  • Your career level (Undergraduate/Graduate)
  • Your enrollment status
  • Enrollment Verifications/Letters of Intent will include a census date disclaimer to include Academic Calendars for regular dated, dynamic dated, and telecampus students
  • Documents not issued in English must be accompanied by an exact word-for-word original translation bearing the original translation agency attestation.
