The AACSB-accredited Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate combines core business coursework with specialized study in real estate, spanning real estate fundamentals, appraisal, development, finance, investment, and law.
The curriculum explores how real estate markets function, from property valuation and financing to development and investment strategy. Students learn to assess opportunities, analyze risk, and understand the legal and financial aspects of transactions, preparing them for careers in appraisal, brokerage, development, real estate finance, lending, consulting, and property management, as well as for graduate study in business or law.
The program also offers students the option to earn a business certificate or pursue a double major in areas such as finance or management—highly valued in the marketplace. UTA’s internship opportunities and Fast Track pathways into graduate business programs also support career development.
