2023 Business Leadership Week Impact
The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business hosts an annual Business Leadership Week event, the signature professional development event for students and faculty. Business Leadership Week offers opportunities to connect with business leaders, discuss and share their experiences, and present case studies from their companies to a new generation of Mavericks.
The 2023 Business Leadership Week was held in March from Monday the 27th to Friday the 31st and hosted guest speakers in 47 classes and six virtual panel discussions impacting over 1,500 students in the College of Business.
EisnerAmper, one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms in the U.S., was the first-ever sponsor for Business Leadership Week.
Favor Lee, CPA and director of business development at EisnerAmper and UTA alum, served as a panelist for a webinar titled "What does it mean to be a transformational leader?".
“We find it important to give back to the communities we live and work in, and support programs that benefit future generations of business leaders,” said Lee. “Sponsoring UTA’s Business Leadership event provided us an avenue to do just that. We recognize the work the university is doing to prepare students for their careers and advance our industry by bringing together like-minded business leaders in the community.”
