Indonesia relocating its capital
Indonesia is inaugurating a new city called Nusantara this week, set to become the capital of the fourth most populous country in the world. UTA Professor of public affairs and planning Deden Rukmana told Marketplace this step is necessary because Jakarta is sinking. This radio segment was rebroadcast at other NPR stations across the country.
CrossFit culture may have contributed to accident
CrossFit’s culture of pushing participants to their limits and responding slowly to emergency situations may have played a part in the drowning accident of a participant in Fort Worth, UTA Associate Professor of kinesiology Cindy Trowbridge told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and Yahoo News.
Preventing heat-related deaths
