Start building your dream with a GWSS Minor

Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies Program

The Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies Program includes both the GWSS Minor and the GWSS Graduate Certificate.  Undergraduate students wishing to learn more how gender, race, sexuality, and power intersect can build their knowledge by becoming a GWSS Minor and taking GWSS courses. A minimum of 6 GWSS courses will complete the GWSS Minor requirement of 18 hours.

Master’s and Doctoral students wishing to build on their current course of study can earn a GWSS Graduate Certificate by completing a minimum of 4 classes (12 hours) of graduate coursework that focuses on women’s and/or gender issues.
