§117.106. Music, Grade 1, Adopted 2013.
(1) Foundations: music literacy. The student describes and analyzes musical sound and reads, writes, and reproduces music notation. The student is expected to:
(C) use basic music terminology in describing changes in tempo, including allegro/largo, and dynamics, including forte/piano
Creating – Standard 1, 2, & 3
Performing – Standard 4, 5 & 6
Responding – Standard 7, 8 & 9
Connecting – Standard 10 & 11

With a limited guidance, demonstrate and discuss personal interest in, knowledge about, and purpose of varied musical selection.
The English Language Proficiency Standards must be included on your lesson plan. Please review the ELPS document; page 18 will be the most useful to you in determining which ELPS to include on your lesson plan.
