Academic Resource Planning

The Office of Academic Resource Planning (ARP) at UTA was created by the CFO to provide high level financial, administrative, and strategic support to the Provost, Deans, and academic units.  By reporting to the CFO while working with the Provost and Deans, we partner with both administrative and academic units and create collaborations and efficiencies across the colleges.

With more than 25 years of resource management and team building experience in higher education, the AVP’s main goal is to lead a highly effective team that strengthens the academic units by helping the Deans and the Provost to strategically manage resources. The academic units are the major knowledge and revenue generating units of the university and the more successful the academic units are, the more successful the university will be.
