On Campus Facilities

The Guest Services Office is your one stop shop for campus facilities.  We work as the liaison between you and the facility directors to determine availability, reserving the space and providing one contract and invoice. Whether you are looking for meeting rooms, auditorium space, outdoor or indoor recreation options UTA has the space and staff that will make your summer program a success.


Campus Recreation offers indoor/outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, indoor soccer gym, indoor tracks, racquetball and badminton courts, game room, table tennis, billiards, climbing wall and multi-purpose fields.  The MAC also features the 400+ seat Lone Star Auditorium, conference rooms and multipurpose space.

The Planetarium offers live stargazing and pre-recorded programs using state-of-the-art technology and a 60 ft. dome screen.  Shows can be geared to your groups specific needs.



Maverick Stadium is a 12,500 seat multipurpose facility featuring a turf infield, outdoor track, high jump pit, two long jump pits, two pole vault pits, hammer throw, disc throw, javelin throw, shot put areas, press box, stadium sound system, scoreboard with video display and a state-of-the-art timing system.

The E.H. Hereford University Center is home to various meeting rooms, ballrooms, entertainment facilities, and dining options.

Texas Hall is a 76,000 square foot proscenium theater.  Full seating capacity for the building is 2,625 or 1,273 without the balcony.

UTA has a wide variety of academic buildings on campus which offer classroom spaces for a group of 10 to a group of over 150. Reservations of classroom space is typically not available until mid/late Spring semester after the summer class schedule has been finalized.
