The University of Texas at Arlington’s part-time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program jumped 46 spots to place No. 66 nationwide in 2022, according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Graduate School rankings.

The program is No. 36 among public universities and No. 8 in Texas.

“We have worked hard to design our M.B.A. programs to meet the needs of today’s students and today’s business environment,” said Harry Dombroski, dean of the College of Business. “Our programs utilize multiple formats and updated curriculum to provide students the flexibility to customize their degree programs.”

UTA students can elect from 13 concentrations in fast-growing areas such as digital markets, human resources management and finance, or complete a dual degree with one of the University’s special master’s programs.

“By putting the needs of students first, we are able to deliver programs that can be completed within a year without sacrificing content critical to their career success,” Dombroski said.

The dean added that the sharp rise in rankings reflects the high quality of UTA’s MBA programs and the contributions of faculty and professional mentors.

“This rise in our rankings is a direct reflection of a committed and research-driven faculty dedicated to providing their students with the best M.B.A. experience available, ensuring that our students are fully equipped for future success,” Dombroski said. “We also have professional mentors who speak to students or offer internships. Still others court our students directly to go to work for them immediately after finishing at UT Arlington.”
