Students gain specialized skills that help an organization address their strategic information needs from both the technical and business perspectives.
Operations Management aims to increase process effectiveness in the production of goods and services. Students achieve a global perspective on the supply chain, logistics and operational control of an organization and learn to create efficiencies in the organization.
