Scheduling an Advising Appointment
We have launched MavInspire Appointment Scheduling, our new platform for booking appointments with academic advisors.
To help ensure a smooth experience, please review the information below.
Appointment Availability
New appointment times are released each week and may be scheduled up to three weeks in advance. If no appointments are currently available, please check back the following week when additional appointment times are released.
Current UTA College of Business Students
Current UTA College of Business students should schedule advising appointments through MavInspire Appointment Scheduling.
Important: Current students (excluding Fast Track students) should not use Microsoft Bookings to schedule advising appointments. All advising appointments must be scheduled through MavInspire.
Students can access MavInspire through any of the following:
- MyUTA
- MyMav
- MyApps

Prospective Students and Fast Track Students
Prospective students and Fast Track Business students will continue to schedule advising appointments through Microsoft Bookings.
Prospective students include:
- First-year business students advised through UAEC
- Non-business UTA students interested in changing their major to Business
- Non-business UTA students interested in adding a Business minor
