Engineering Facility Tours

College of Engineering tours take approximately one hour and are only offered during select times on weekdays.

Please note, we will not run tours (virtually or in-person) during university closures, weekends, final exams, or during periods of extreme weather conditions (i.e.: excessive heat or cold, thunderstorms, ice, snow, etc.) All minors must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.

Group Tours/Field Trips

Group Tours/ STEM Field Trips are available to high schools (public, private, homeschool, or charter) grades 9th- 12th only.

Once a request is received, please allow for 3-5 business days for us to confirm the date. We do ask for a 3 week notice for STEM Field Trips with groups more than 20 individuals (students + chaperones). We will do our best to honor all requests received.
Please note, we will not run College of Engineering Group Tours or STEM Field Trips during university closures, weekends, or during periods of extreme weather conditions (i.e.: excessive heat, thunderstorms, ice, snow, etc.).
All school groups including minors must be accompanied by teachers, staff, and/or chaperones from the visiting school during the UT Arlington College of Engineering STEM Field Trip.
