HOW TO RENEW 

RESIDENCE HALL RENEWALS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 11 (Feb. 11-14, 2025)

1. Click Here to login to the UTA Housing Portal
2. Select Residense Hall Application
3. Choose AY 2025-26
4. Complete the application portion
5. Select your Residence Hall of choice
6. Select your Residence Hall space
7. Complete and sign your contract and meal plan contract

BY BED RENEWALS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 11 (Feb. 11-14, 2025)

2. Select Apartment Application
3. Then Choose: Apartment - By Bedroom RENEWALS 2025-26
4. Review and Sign Terms and Conditions and Contract

BY UNIT APARTMENTS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 18 (Feb. 18-21, 2025)
