HOW TO RENEW 

RESIDENCE HALL RENEWALS TO TIMBER BROOK OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 3 (Feb. 3-6, 2026)

1. Click Here to login to the UTA Housing Portal
2. Select Apartment Application
3. Choose Timber Brook Apartment Application
4. Select Timber Brook 9-month 2026-27
5. Complete your application, select your space, and sign your lease!

RESIDENCE HALL RENEWALS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 10 (Feb. 10-13, 2026)

1. Click Here to login to the UTA Housing Portal
2. Select Residense Hall Application
3. Choose AY 2026-27
4. Complete the application portion
5. Select your Residence Hall of choice
6. Select your Residence Hall space
7. Complete and sign your contract and meal plan contract

BY BED RENEWALS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 10 (Feb. 10-13, 2026)

Open for students in The Lofts and The Heights on Pecan

3. Then Choose: Apartment - By Bedroom RENEWALS 2026-27
4. Review and Sign Terms and Conditions and Contract

For students renewing from Timber Brook to Arbor Oaks, your renewal period will begin on February 11. You will be able to select a space during the contract signing. 

BY UNIT APARTMENTS OPEN AT 9 A.M. ON TUESDAY FEB. 18 (Feb. 17-20, 2026)
