ASSISTANT RESIDENCE DIRECTOR

Assistant Residence Directors (ARDs) are staff members who live on campus and have a significant role in building community within their respective areas. UT Arlington strongly believes that our graduate assistants are first rate and that their presence on the team and around their communities greatly impacts students’ lives in a meaningful way. This is achieved by daily interactions with the students and staff whom they serve while also overseeing and participating in student life activities around their apartment or residential community.
