Apartment Move Out
Residents of Timber Brook, The Heights on Pecan, Arbor Oaks, and The Lofts:
If you want to terminate your lease prior to your lease term ending, you must stop by the University Housing office to discuss your request. There are specific instances (i.e. graduation, military orders, etc.) where leases are permitted to be broken without penalties. For more details about breaking your apartment lease, please review your terms and conditions.
If your early lease termination is approved, you must schedule a move-out inspection with the Apartment Life staff using the online form. Appointments must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance of your move-out date.
Residents of all other apartments:
If you are planning on moving out of your apartment, a termination notice must be submitted to University Housing. Please review your lease terms and conditions to make sure that you are meeting all of the notice requirements for your apartment.
Once your termination notice has been submitted, you must schedule a move out inspection with the Apartment Life staff using the provided form below. Appointments must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance of your move-out date.
