In addition to providing comprehensive engagement coaching for leaders and teams, we have identified a training strategy that models Gallup’s Employee Engagement Hierarchy. The model is based on four types of employees' performance development needs - basic needs, individual contributor needs, teamwork and growth - so that employees can further develop their engagement skills.
