• Leave of Absence Information/Guidelines - Students wishing to take a leave of absence should prepare a cover letter that includes the semester they want to begin the LOA, the semester they would enroll again, and provide the reasons. Gather any supporting documents, combine the letter and the documents into a single PDF, and email the Graduate Faculty Advisor with the request.
