Informal Peer Consultations

Informal Peer Consultations are teaching observations to support faculty development in effective teaching practices through supportive feedback from teaching observations and mentorship from experienced and successful teaching faculty members. 

Formal Peer Observations (Peer Review)

Formal Peer Observations (Peer Review) are formative, formal teaching observations that are required for tenure and promotion dossiers for faculty of any rank (TT, T, NTT).  Formal Peer Observations (Peer Review) are teaching observations to support faculty development in effective teaching practices through supportive feedback from successful teaching faculty members.
