QEP Initiatives

There are three core initiatives that are part of Collaborate UTA: Professional Learning Community Program (PLC), our Student Teamwork Guide, and the Seed Grant research program. Each of these initiatives contribute to both student success and faculty success. When faculty are engaged in innovative and creative activities in their classroom, then students reap the benefits of their efforts.

The PLC program helps faculty to enhance and assess new ways to implement teamwork in their courses, as well as encourage collaboration among faculty and staff across the university.

The Student Teamwork Guide provides a tool for students to understand what effective is and its importance as they look for work beyond graduation.

The Seed Grant program incentivizes faculty to collaborate together in a research project centered around teamwork.
