A Celebration of Research and Innovation
The Celebration of Research and Innovation features panels, posters, exhibits, and presentations by students, faculty, and staff inventors at The University of Texas at Arlington. Participants will have the opportunity to find collaborators for interdisciplinary research projects, learn about student research opportunities, and connect with community partners. Join us at College Park Center Monday, April 24, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants must RSVP to attend.
Seminar Series
Join UTA's leading academic inventors for an online seminar series that presents a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge research.
On Friday, March 10, King Li, dean emeritus and professor emeritus at Carle Illinois College of Medicine, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will present his lecture, "Molecular Theranostics: An Imager's Perspective." In this seminar, Dr. Li will illustrate how an interdisciplinary team tackles the problem of targeted drug delivery and how to control the effects of therapeutic agents.

Global Academic Inventors Network
Established in 2018, the Global Academic Inventors Network was created to connect seasoned academic inventors with collegiate innovators for the purpose of mentorship. Intellectual Property Certification
UTA community members can participate in this free Intellectual Property Certification offered by the National Academy of Inventors. The course was developed by the Michelson Institute to teach critical knowledge about America’s intellectual property protection system. It includes 12 video modules and 38 lessons, followed by a 40-question exam. Those who succeed receive an Innovation Development Certificate and Electronic Badge from the National Academy of Inventors.
