Kearra Greer, MBA
Kearra's role as Coordinator II, Office of Undergraduate Research, is all about connecting students with research opportunities and overseeing key OUR programs, including UROP/UGRAP, LSAMP, inSTEM, and McNair.
Ricardo Garza
Ricardo Garza, Director of the McNair Scholars Program at UTA, holds degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and Iowa State. He serves on the McNair Association of Professionals National Executive Board, chairing committees to support program excellence. Additionally, Ricardo partners with UNIDOS US and the Office of Undergraduate Research to create pathways for students pursuing research and graduate education.
