Pi Sigma Alpha
Pi Sigma Alpha is the honor society for political science. UTA's Pi Sig organization offers students the opportunity to network, discuss, and engage beyond the classroom.
Students are eligible to join provided they meet the following requirements:
- Complete at least 12 hours of coursework in Political Science with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Receive no grade lower than a B in the major
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA in the remainder of their coursework
- Be ranked in the top 1/3 of the class
Membership dues are a one-time payment of $70 and include membership in the National chapter, local chapter, and access to special events.
