BS Exercise Science - Motor & Rehabilitation Sciences
The Motor and Rehabilitation Science track of the BS in Exercise Science is designed for students who want to enter fields such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other career options in the motor and rehabilitation sciences. This track is well suited for students looking to enter graduate programs in occupational therapy or further study in exercise science, among other fields.
The Motor and Rehabilitation Science track prepares students to become professionals in areas of motor learning, development, and rehabilitation. Our graduates go on to become occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other motor rehabilitation professionals, as well as work with special populations such as children with motor coordination deficits.
Students on this track are required to maintain a 2.5 cumulative and KINE GPA, as well as achieve a C or better in KINE 1400 Introduction to Exercise Science. Formal requirements are listed in the catalog, linked in the resources section below.
