Degree requirements
In order to complete a B.A. degree in Political Science, students must obtain 120 hours and satisfy the current degree plan.
This includes:
- Core requirements in English, Literature, History, Math, Science, Creative Arts, Communications, Political Science, Foreign Language, and Social Science.
- 10 upper level Political Science courses across difference areas.
- A minor of 18 hours in another subject/area of study.
Individual advising appointments every semester ensure that students are on track and enrolled in courses to help satisfy their degree plan. For a copy of the POLS degree plan, please contact the undergraduate academic advisor.
