- Create or maintain an approved employer account in Handshake, connect with The University of Texas at Arlington, and submit an internship posting that meets UTA Career Development Center approval requirements.

- Offer a Qualifying Paid Internship
- Offer or plan to develop a meaningful, paid internship with clearly defined responsibilities, learning objectives, and appropriate supervision and support.
