UT Arlington's Fall 2026 All Majors Job & Internship Fair is on Wednesday, September 16^th, 2026, from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm CDT in the Maverick Activities Center!

Join us for one of UT Arlington’s largest recruiting events of the year! The All Majors Job & Internship Fair connects top-tier UTA students and alumni from all disciplines with employers from across the nation. This high-traffic event draws over 1,200 attendees and more than 100 hiring organizations, creating an unparalleled opportunity to build your brand, meet qualified candidates, and fill your hiring needs.

Booth Options

1. Standard Booth: Various

• $550 third-party staffing agency registration fee
• $500 corporate/for-profit registration fee
• $300 non-profit/government/education/start-ups registration fee
• $100 UTA campus departments
• (1) six-foot table with 2 chairs
• (2) lunch tickets

2. Gold Booth Sponsor: $10,000

• Elevate your visibility and showcase your organization as a leading hiring partner at UT Arlington
• (2) six-foot tables with chairs in a premium location
• (4) lunch tickets
• "Sponsored by" branding on large fair signage, booth map, and employer booth sign at Gold level
• Direct mention in student marketing materials, flyers, etc.
• Designated private space for interviews, 1-1 applications, etc.

3. Silver Booth Sponsor: $5,000

• (2) six-foot tables with chairs in a premium location
• (4) lunch tickets
• "Sponsored by" branding on large fair signage, booth map, and employer booth sign at Silver level

4. Bronze Booth Sponsor: $2,500

• (1) six-foot table with chairs in a premium location
• (2) lunch tickets
• "Sponsored by" branding on large fair signage, booth map, and employer booth sign at Bronze level
