CAPS offers a variety of workshops and services for currently enrolled UT Arlington graduate students.
The National Grad Crisis Line offers free and confidential telephone counseling, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and information/referral services.
The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD)
The NCFDD offers a variety of online resources and programs focusing on self-care, overcoming imposter syndrome, and more. The NCFDD is an online resource provided by UT Arlington, but you must sign-up for the resource in order to access the webinars. As a graduate student at UT Arlington you have free access to the NCFDD website.
