Program Information

In response to needs identified in the 2023 Gallup Employee Engagement survey, UTA has launched The Mav Up MVP Employee Recognition Program to foster a culture of day to day, informal appreciation for all employee that aligns with living out UTA’s Shared Values every day: Collaboration, Engagement, Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity. The program consists of an internal Recognition Hub website, digital recognition cards, and other tools to enable multi-directional employee recognition.

When you receive recognition through the Mav Up MVP Program, the notice you receive says "You've been high-fived". The high fives celebrating gesture proudly symbolizes the employee’s recognition contributions.


Employees have 24/7 access to complete a recognition card by visiting the:

  1. Recognition Hub and Mav Up MVP website by clicking on the orange button labeled "submit a recognition card."
  2. And visiting the UTA Apps dashboard.

*Employees will also be able submit a recognition card from their phones.
