Useful guidance for hiring managers and departments regarding the procedures and processes involved in welcoming and integrating new employees during the onboarding phase.

Concierge Onboarding

The concierge onboarding program is designed to provide a smoother and more welcoming transition for new employees stepping into Executive or Leadership roles at UTA. This is accomplished by assigning them a dedicated point of contact or support person who assists them with their new employee paperwork and benefits information.

A Concierge Onboarding Session is offered to New Hires with Executive/Leadership titles (i.e., Deans, Vice Presidents, Provost, Assistant Vice Presidents, etc.).

REQUESTS SHOULD BE SENT NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK PRIOR TO NEW HIRE START DATE.

Concierge Onboarding Process

  1. Fill out and submit the Concierge Onboarding Request form provided below.
  2. Once submitted, our team will reach out via email to the designated department contact to confirm the scheduled time, date, and location of the appointment.
  3. Following confirmation, the new employee will receive an email and a calendar invite from our team confirming the details of the appointment, including time, date, and location.
  4. Additionally, we will coordinate with the benefits team to ensure that all relevant benefits information is included in the concierge session.
  5. Approximately one week before the new hire's arrival, our team will contact them directly with essential information and instructions for the onboarding session.
