The Leadership and Talent Development team is committed to serving the needs of UTA faculty and staff community by offering a variety of management and professional development opportunities that foster continuous learning and align with the strategic goals of the university. This team focuses in three main areas:
We offer a variety of cohort programs aimed at aspiring leaders, those in their first leadership role all the way up to those in senior roles. These cohort programs are 8 to 10 weeks long, and not only develop leadership skills, but allow leaders to build connections with their peers across campus.
