While QuestionPro is an accessible platform, there are some types of questions that are not accessible and should be avoided.

Also, surveys that include advanced features are not accessible, including Conjoint, Heatmap, Max-Diff, and Budget Scale.
Always ensure that you provide sufficient color contrast in your QuestionPro survey. Most often, the color contrast issues appear on the “buttons” included in the survey (Next, Submit, etc…). Avoid white fonts with green, yellow or orange. You are encouraged to remain with the default UTA blue option for buttons with white text.
