MS in Athletic Training Admissions
Thank you for considering UTA’s Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) Program. If you are interested in applying for our program, you will need to accomplish the following big steps:
- Review our MSAT website.
- Review the MSAT Application Materials.
- OPTIONAL: Contact Dr. Krawietz to set up a prospective advising meeting and tour of the educational facilities.
- Complete and submit all Application Materials before the MSAT application deadline, October 1st or February 1st.
About the deadlines: The October 1st deadline is required for international students, and is available to any other student who desires an earlier response to their application materials. Otherwise, there is no preferential treatment given to students who apply either by the October 1st or February 1st deadlines.
Students will be selected based on their application packets to sit for interviews. Admission decisions are made based on a combination of the prospective student's application materials and interview. Finalists will be invited to accept or decline a seat in UTA's MSAT program. Once a student has been accepted into UTA's MSAT program further instructions (such as when to apply to the University) will be provided.
Good luck! If you have questions, please contact Dr. Krawietz, advisor and director of the MSAT program.
