Schedule an appointment

Visits to UTA Health Services are available by appointment only. Log onto the secure patient portal or call 817-272-2771 to schedule an appointment. The length of your appointment will vary based on the services provided. A routine visit with a physician or nurse practitioner averages 20 minutes in length. This does not include additional time needed for lab testing, x-rays, or filling a prescription in the pharmacy. Please consider this when scheduling your appointment, especially if you are trying to schedule an appointment before or between classes.

Please note

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 817-272-2771 at least four hours prior to your appointment time.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule, a no-show or missed appointment charge of $20 will be charged to your account.

Undergraduate and graduate students that have the Medical Services Fee included in their tuition and fees are eligible for services in the health center.
