Description of Research:

My research focuses primarily on the impact of technology use in organizational settings. Within this topic area, my research addresses topics such as (a) the use of social media in employment settings (e.g., cybervetting in employee selection), (b) special issues relevant to digitized “gig” work (i.e., eLancing) in which employees complete brief, on-demand online work tasks, and (c) the examination of employee behaviors classified as being either antisocial (e.g., cyberbullying) or prosocial (e.g., organizational citizenship behavior).
