An Analysis of Chick-Fil-A

The goal of this project is to decrease the wait time at Chick-Fil-A, increase throughput, and decrease the queue length. A decreased line and improved wait times will attract more business and keep customers from abandoning the line. We also seek to reorganize the line and layout in a way that will allow customers to easily access drinks and other pre-made items without waiting on other customers who are waiting for other orders to be prepared.

Worth Airport on three scheduled flights with a potential “hot flight” that can be flown out as well. The company would like us to consider potential ways to increase next day air volume availability.
