communicating with a provider regarding health issues

In order to keep health information protected, Health Services providers cannot communicate with patients regarding their health care via typical email messaging services (e.g. Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo!, etc.). Providers will share results of lab testing and send messages via the UT Arlington Health Services Web Portal. A notification will be sent to your student email address letting you know that a message is waiting for you in the web portal inbox. You will then need to log into the secured web portal to access the message. You can discuss your lab results or follow up questions using the messaging application in the web portal.
