Academic advising appointment calendars open four weeks in advance.

While the scheduling system may sometimes display advisors as “booked” through the end of the semester, this does not mean that no additional appointments will be available. This message is automated language generated by the booking system and simply reflects that future weeks have not yet opened for scheduling.

New appointment times are released on a rolling basis, so students are encouraged to check back regularly as additional availability becomes accessible.

Have quick questions, time sensitive needs, and last-minute schedule changes? Schedule a same-day appointment, either in-person or virtually, on Wednesdays.

Appointments are only 20 minutes and the link for scheduling opens on Wednesdays at 8:30am. Appointments start at 9:00am and are available on a first come basis. Be sure to select a service type (e.g., virtual or in-person) when scheduling your appointment.

In addition to our regularly scheduled Same Day Appointments, we are now offering additional days for appointment scheduling.

Peak Period Advising provides additional, high‑demand advising availability during busy registration times to ensure students receive timely support when they need it most.
